TERMS & CONDITIONS

• A date for a visit may be provisionally booked by contacting the Secretary or Professional by telephone but the booking be deemed not confirmed until receipt of the completed booking form with all sections signed and accompanied by the required deposit.
• Confirmation of numbers playing must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the date of the visit.
• A non-refundable deposit of £5.00 pp is required to secure your booking.
• Prior to play commencing the complete balance shall be paid in full to the Secretary or Professional. Play will not be allowed to commence unless payment is made in full.
• All Players must adhere to the Dress Code and Etiquette on the course and in the clubhouse.
• Bidston Golf Club cannot be held responsible for any loss or injury sustained on its premises irrespective of its nature and therefore visitors/visiting parties must make their own arrangements for suitable insurance cover for all members and guests of parties.
